Glided Age

Steel Formation

A man named Andrew Carnegie became one of the richest people ever to live in America. Carnegie used the Bessemer blast furnace to make steel much cheaper and faster. The production of steel was very long and costing until the Bessemer Furnace which created Carnegie to help expand and send America forward in the world. Cities were being built up very fast and there was no more to expand, the only way was up. Sky scrappers being built up only to the 3 floor until Carnegie with production of steel which made it possible to go even higher and safer. Steel created and started the giant cities that stand today. With out Carnegie steel America would be completely different.
